Socialchat is an omnichannel customer communication platform built for businesses that need to manage high volumes of customer conversations across multiple channels simultaneously. The core problem it solves: support teams were losing potential customers simply because messages from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger were scattered across different apps, with no unified view or team collaboration.

The platform brings all chat channels — WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, and others — into one clean, intuitive interface. Teams can collaborate on conversations, assign chats to specific agents, track response times, and never miss a message again. The result is faster response times and a noticeably better customer experience.

Beyond messaging, Socialchat includes an AI-powered chatbot that can handle common inquiries automatically, reducing the manual workload for support teams. The CRM pipeline gives sales teams a visual view of where each lead stands, while the centralized contact system keeps every customer interaction history in one place.

The broadcast campaign feature allows businesses to send targeted messages to segmented customer lists — useful for promotions, announcements, and re-engagement. Activity reports provide visibility into team performance, message volume, and response metrics over time.

As a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer on this project, I was responsible for designing the full product interface from scratch and implementing the frontend across the dashboard, chatbot builder, CRM pipeline, and reporting modules — ensuring the experience remained fast, intuitive, and scalable as new features were added.
