Komplace.id

Komplace (rebranded from Booster.id) is a SaaS platform built for e-commerce sellers in Indonesia who operate across multiple marketplaces simultaneously — Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Bukalapak, and others. Managing inventory, orders, and customer communication across five or more platforms manually is not just inefficient — it leads to errors, missed orders, and overselling.

Komplace solves this by aggregating everything into a single, unified dashboard. Sellers can manage all their product listings from one place, update prices and stock across all storefronts simultaneously, and process orders without switching between multiple apps. Stock synchronization happens in real time, eliminating the risk of overselling when a product sells out on one platform but remains active on others.

The integrated customer chat feature brings all marketplace conversations into one inbox. Sellers can reply to buyer inquiries from Tokopedia, Shopee, and other platforms without leaving the Komplace dashboard — dramatically reducing response time and improving the customer experience at scale.

The platform is especially valuable for high-volume sellers managing hundreds or thousands of SKUs. Features like bulk product editing, automated order status updates, and centralized analytics give sellers the operational leverage they need to grow without proportionally increasing headcount.

As a Frontend Developer on this project, I built and maintained the main product interface — including the centralized order management view, product sync flows, stock management system, and the multi-platform chat inbox — ensuring smooth and reliable performance even under heavy data loads.
